- This position requires the ability to multitask within a high-volume concierge contact center setting.&
- The pharmacy technician will assist in providing pharmacy services. Other related skills may be required to perform this job.&
Qualifications : &
- High school diploma or GED.&
- Two years pharmacy experience working under a license pharmacist or completion of certified pharmacy technical program.&
- Working knowledge of third-party claims process. Please see job description for a more thorough listing of requirements for this position.&

- Ability to process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes.&
- Ability to communicate all pharmacy benefits both verbally and written.&
- Ability to have strong attention to detail while multitasking within a high demand environment.&
Required Skills / Experience : &
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Retail, PBM, Hospital, Managed Care&
- Experience with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)&
- Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes and claims processing&
- Knowledge of Privacy Regulations&
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred&
