Role Description
We are seeking 3 highly seasoned, experienced LICENSED and organized Loan Officers to become Team Leaders within our Company.
This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the Sales Manager in building / training of their team's loan officers.
The Team Leader will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process for their team beginning with telesales / telemarketing (with our leads and telemarketing system in our office), choosing the right program / lender for the clients, placing with the proper lender(s), and helping the loan officers with all customer service-related tasks.
If you already have your own team or know of Loan Officers that want a change with higher commissions, bring them with you and install them into your team.
The ideal candidate will be a LICENSED LOAN OFFICER and have excellent communication skills, leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Some of the benefits of being a Team Leader is that you will earn up to 70% of your own personal production volume from day 1, as well as earn a % override on every member of your team.
This position is ideal for the Loan Officer who wants to expand his / her business mindset by creating and building his / her own organization within a company.
