Holiday Requirement : 2 / 3 holidays that fall within contractCertification Requirements : ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP (req for those placed in L&D, determined by the client, traveler can obtain once offered) Indiana State LicensePALS preferred.
Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA.Skillset Requirements : NICU, PICU, Vents 18 months minimum experience required, Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5Minimum Experience Required : 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience requiredEXPERIENCE REQUIRED;
TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIREDUnit Information : Unit Information : NICU or PICU experience required.
Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on the need of the facility.#RJ.
