We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner . The selected employee will be responsible to act as a strategic, full lifecycle recruiting business partner;
balancing talent acquisition responsibilities and heavy sourcing with onboarding duties, data tracking, workforce planning, and additional tasks as assigned to support our continued growth and HR team.
The Recruiter / HR Generalist will be a key driver to proactively deliver on hiring needs. They will oversee the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing, posting, screening and offering the position.
This will happen in collaboration with the Hiring Manager and the HR Business Partner. Additionally, the HR Generalist will support the HR Operations function by serving as a first point of contact for anything HR and by providing key HR metrics.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supports the recruiting process including recruiting, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborates with the HR Business Partners and HR Operations to evaluate and implement recruiting practices focused on sourcing, recruiting, selecting and onboarding top talent.
- Engages passive candidates ensuring that our company's talent acquisition initiatives to hire top talent are met.
- Identifies and communicates hiring trends and information to HR team and hiring managers.
- Provides support to new hires and acquired employees to ensure a smooth integration into HUB.
- Initiates requisitions, offer letters, and background checks.
- Serves as contact for employees and answer questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, pay, etc.
- Assists with creating and maintaining job descriptions and postings.
- Creates, reviews, and distributes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports to the HR team and leaders, ensuring data integrity and on-time delivery.
- Identifies opportunities for operational efficiency and streamlined functionality.
- Facilitates Interviewing Training for new supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma, Degree a plus.
- 2+ years in Human Resources and / or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Applicant tracking and HRIS systems is a plus.
