Growing paper manufacturer located in the Wausau WI area looking to add a Product Development Engineer to their team. This is a hands on plant engineering role where the person will be the liaison between product development and paper making group working to solve problems and assisting in developing new products.
Need someone with a BS in Engineering who is an experienced Process Engineer with coatings experience and experience working on a paper machine.
Must have experience in either paper, tissue, or cardboard manufacturing to be considered. Product development experience would be a plus but is not required.
Really looking for a Process Engineer who wants to move into product development. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
