Service Technician Apprentice
LIVunLtd Service Apprentices are leaders in the fitness industry and part of a skilled team responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fitness equipment while delivering world-class customer service.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities :
- Travel to client locations
- Inspect, calibrate, clean, and test fitness equipment during Service Contract visits
- Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for repair quotes
- Complete repairs, test machines, and communicate with customers
- Identify revenue opportunities from service / warranty work, PM contracts, and new equipment / accessories
Additional Responsibilities :
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Maintain inventory levels, complete vehicle maintenance, and adhere to the Company Uniform Policy
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift / move fitness equipment & parts up to 50 lbs
- Operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and clear MVR Check
- Excellent work habits, punctuality, and presentability
- Proficiency in computers, Microsoft OS, iPad, wifi, email, and cell phone technology
