Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their Legal team and support the General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate SaaS and enterprise contracts

Support GDPR compliance, privacy policies, and data protection agreements

Analyze AI / ML regulatory developments and advise on compliance

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record

Licensed to practice in any US state or a qualified solicitor in England & Wales

Minimum 1 year legal experience (law firm or in-house)

Demonstrated experience with GDPR compliance and privacy law

Strong understanding of SaaS contracts and commercial terms
