About The Position
Job Title : Employee Wellness Psychotherapist Job Specialty : Employee Wellness Job Duration : 33 Weeks Shift : Day - 5x8 - 9 AM - 5 PM, 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours : 10 Hours per Week Experience : Minimum of 5 years of related experience License : Licensed in one of the following : - Psychologist (LP) - Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Certifications : None specified Must-Have : Experience with critical incident stress debriefing and work-related issues- Strong interpersonal, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills- Effective verbal, listening, and written communication abilities- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting- Efficiency, flexibility, and organizational skills Job Description : Deliver in-person short-term counseling to clinical staff to support their psychological, social, and emotional needs- Provide critical incident response and crisis intervention as needed- Facilitate individual counseling and group therapy sessions to address stress, burnout, trauma, and other mental health concerns- Collaborate to develop coping strategies and address problematic behaviors- Facilitate referrals to benefit plans or community resources- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards- Participate in the facilitation of critical incident debriefings- Develop and implement crisis management plans for staff- Design and deliver training sessions on mental health recognition, support provision, and fostering a healthy work environment- Educate on self-care strategies, stress management, team dynamics, and resilience building- Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive mental health support for clinical staff- Provide consultation to leaders on work-related issues and assist in implementing wellbeing programs- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapeutic interactions- Track training sessions to evaluate satisfaction and identify training needs- Create reports on program utilization and effectiveness to predict future service needs Additional Preferred Qualifications : Experience working in high-stress environments or with healthcare professionals- Onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) experience- Experience facilitating education and training
