About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist - Home Health Job Specialty : PT Home Health Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Open to first-time travelers with 1 year of experience License : VA PT license required or eligibility for a compact license if licensed in a compact state Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : - Home health PT experience- OASIS experience required Job Description : - Provide therapy and rehabilitation services in a home health setting- No requirement to report home before or after shifts- Daily driving range of 45-60 miles - Expected to treat 4-5 patients per day (28 points per week)- Coverage area includes Northern Neck of Virginia, Essex, King William, Caroline, and King George Counties- Mileage reimbursed - No on-call duties required - Submission requires one supervisory reference for compliance- Floating may be requested based on facility needs - Return Time Off (RTO) to be minimized, with no requests for a full calendar week off during the assignment and no more than 7 days total This position offers a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist to work in a dynamic home health environment while covering various locations.
