Marketing Associate, Performance Marketing - NBC Sports Next
Job Description
The Marketing Associate, Performance Marketing position will play an integral part of the Performance Marketing team executing highly visible campaigns for several key brands across NBC Sports Next.
This position will help manage the execution, analysis, and optimization of multiple paid marketing campaigns across several ad platforms.
This position will work closely with leadership to identify and manage areas of opportunity to optimize towards primary KPIs and OKRs.
The ideal candidate has a foundational knowledge of marketing and social media, with a desire to grow the necessary skills to be a well-rounded performance marketer.
Responsibilities :
- Execute and manage paid marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, perform data analysis, and flag opportunities to grow or optimize performance across digital marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Optimization to develop and execute best in case paid social and search campaigns.
- Demonstrable organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks. Launch campaigns from the ground-up, including research, competitive analysis, audience ideation and technical best-practice by ad platform.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements :
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant business experience with strong focus on paid search & paid social, or overall social media marketing
- Basic understanding of multiple core advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Hands on keyboard experience a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms such as GA4, and ad management platforms is preferred.
Candidates should stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing.
- Basic understanding and application of PPC principles, tools & methodology.
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, organizational, and quantitative skills. Ability to prioritize is essential.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools ( Google Analytics & GA4)
Desired Requirements :
- Working knowledge of lead generation tactics and techniques related to B2B marketing and advertising
- Advanced hands-on keyboard experience across multiple core advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Passion for analytics and digital marketing
Additional Requirements :
- Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
- Must be willing to work in the Orlando, FL office
