As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers reaching out to our company.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, provide relevant product information, and guide them through the sales process to secure business.

You will handle inbound calls, emails, and cases, and convert these leads into satisfied customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and cases in a timely and professional manner.
  • Autonomy to determine appropriate product recommendations, solutions and discounting based on your understanding of the customer needs.
  • Effectively identify and qualify customer needs for immediate and future project opportunities.
  • Educate potential customers on the features and benefits of our products or services.
  • Follow up with leads via outbound tactics to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Leverage existing tech stack (Salesforce, Sales engagement, Vonage) to optimize your performance and follow up.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Autonomy to determine what is best for a customer using sound judgment in problem-solving any issues.
  • Assist in post-purchase follow-up.
  • Be confident and comfortable in transitioning support conversations into product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, sales tactics, and competitive landscape.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with leadership.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Required in the office, with the ability to earn 1 work from work-from-home day (on Fridays) based on performance
  • High level of motivation, energy, and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
