Responsibilities include :
- Assist with Procurement related functions as it adds / eliminates new products and services
- Track vendors that company intends to keep, eliminate and / or establish new arrangements or contracts
- Coordinate and communicate with Seller and procurement teams
- Oversight of acquisition Transition Services Agreement (TSA)
- Ensuring services (e.g. Accounting / Billing / Financial, Technology, Marketing, Operations, etc.) are delivered timely and accurately.
- Costs and services provided by Seller are "stepped down in accordance with agreement
- Coordinate on regular / daily basis with Seller and internal stakeholders; must communicate with different disciplines (e.
g. Technology, Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, etc.) and leaders
- Assist with System Separation Exercise (as needed)
- Facilitate cross functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders to raise challenges, develop mitigation plans, and update project timelines and deliverables
- Provide regular status updates to leadership by communicating updates, escalations, dependencies, etc.
Qualifications :
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Superior project management skills
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. Ability to quickly build rapport, trust and strong collaboration
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and / or Google suite (Slides, Sheets)
Required Education :
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, HR or Information Systems / Technology
