Superintendent

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee the daily construction operations on assigned projects to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This role coordinates with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate successful project completion from groundbreaking to final inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight : Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project scope, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Team Coordination : Direct and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, maintaining open lines of communication with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety protocols in alignment with OSHA regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee quality of work performed, ensuring all installations meet specified standards and align with construction documents.
• Schedule Management : Develop and maintain construction schedules, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely project delivery.
• Site Documentation : Maintain accurate daily logs, including project progress, material usage, and personnel on-site.
• Client Interaction : Act as primary on-site liaison with clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project status.
• Issue Resolution : Identify, address, and resolve any issues related to scheduling, personnel, or construction techniques to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Experience : 3+ years as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up projects.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications : OSHA 30 and First Aid / CPR certifications preferred.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend), Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
• Leadership Skills : Strong team leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
