HVAC Commercial Service Tech
About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Service Tech to join our team for a dynamic and rewarding career in the HVAC industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems package rooftop units between 5-100 tons
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment and controls
- Conducting system inspections and providing recommendations for improvements
- Documenting all service and maintenance activities
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience as a commercial HVAC service technician
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
