It all begins with you as our Customer Experience Specialist because you are the first point of contact for our customers.
Your positive, upbeat, and professional interactions with our customers prepares them for an outstanding Customer Service Experience.

Our Customer Experience Specialist takes incoming calls and responds to online inquiries assisting our customers with their Home and / or Business Improvement, Maintenance, and Repair needs.
Your outstanding listening skills will allow you to determine the best course of action to properly schedule the right Service Professional and / or Estimator for our customers to continue their journey to a great Customer Service Experience.
Successful candidates will be required to work Monday Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. As a valued member of our team, you will be eligible for the following :

This is an hourly position with starting pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour.
