We are dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences for our students, and we're looking for a passionate School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team.
Position Overview : As a School SLP, you'll play a critical role in supporting students' communication and language development.
Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, providing direct therapy services, collaborating with educators and parents, and monitoring student progress.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address communication disorders and challenges.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in groups, focusing on improving articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and support student learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in the state of California.
- Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of educational settings.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
