BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated ICS Customer Service Rep Bilingual for a Remote opportunity

Position Title : Ics Customer Service Rep - Bilingual

Location : New Orleans, LA 70112 (Remote)

Anticipated Start Date : October 14 2024

Expected Duration : 7+ months Contract (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type : Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Remote

Pay Range : $ 18 / hr. $20 / hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.

g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements :

Bilingual fluent in both English and Spanish languages. Berlitz 7+ Advanced Placement testing is a minimum level requirement.

• 2years of Customer Service experience
• 1year of call center environment experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with computers : Experience using the internet, email via Outlook, etc.
• Data entry experience
• Listening, verbal, and written communication experience
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience
• Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet
• Quiet and private remote work location

Job Description :

• Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and / or emails
• Conduct outreach phone calls and / or emails
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Recognize and follow call flows with scripts
• Research and review customer inquiries
• Research information using multiple systems
• Relay research findings and outcomes to customers
• Identify and escalate appropriate issues
• Clearly document call information and encounters in call logs
• Recognize and alert management of risk and trends
• Quickly transition from one task to another
• Maintain a professional demeanor
• Other duties as assigned

• Former Transaction Processing Experience
• Education High School Diploma / GED
• Worker Sub-Type Regular
• Overtime Type Non-Exempt
