About the Role :

Job Title : Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance within their standards.
• Enterprise Call improvement : evaluating the calls and providing improvement steps, customer gaps, providing feedback to leadership.
• Listen to the calls that happened and document in the assessment form and communicate the feedback on the calls (technical or customer service).
• Dealing with confidential information, so understanding that and not disclosing information.

Minimum Qualifications :

Understanding how the contact center works (technical aptitude to note whether the right approach is used to solve a problem);

knowledge of QA metrics; communication skills.

Desired Qualifications :

Automating processes through technology; process improvement work.

Salary Range :

The salary for this position is between $45,000 - $65,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
