We are searching for an energetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Brighton residential area of Massachusetts.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)

  • Wound care
  • Medication management
  • Catheter management
  • Diabetic Care
  • Accurate and timely documentation
  • Visits can range from basic wellness visits to education on disease management, follow up on MD visits and ordering supplies, wound care, medication management, etc.

Requirements :

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.

  • Candidates must have MA Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
