This is a rare role that positions you to build customer facing products while also working closely with ML technologies.
You will play a key role in the development of pre-flight campaign recommendations called tactics. A tactic is an auto-populated line item that represents a targeting strategy advertisers employ to drive outcomes such as driving purchases or awareness.
Key job responsibilities
This is a highly cross-functional role. While our team owns the recommendations service (Noble) and UI components that render recommendations, we work across Bidding Science and Targeting to develop recommendations and tactics for our customers.
The ideal candidate is interested in building both front-end and middle-tier services.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
