MMI Engineered Solutions is currently seeking a hands-on and experienced Tool Room Manager to join our Tooling team. This role is central to ensuring high-quality tooling, smooth production readiness, and dependable tool maintenance. You will lead the tool room team and collaborate with production, engineering, and external vendors to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the tool room team — overseeing all in-house tooling, fabrication, assembly, and tuning.
• Manage new tool builds and ensure production readiness.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repair of tools.
• Maintain tool inventory, schedules, and performance records.
• Coordinate with production and engineering to resolve tooling issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate tooling contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement in tooling efficiency and quality.
