Pay Type : Starting at up to $17 / hr, depending on availability and position
- High School (14-17 years) $9.00-$13.00 per hour
- 18+ up to $15 per hour
- Full Time and Open Availability up to $17 per hour
Position Type :
- Full-Time (Mon-Sat availability / 5 day work week / 35+ hour min)
- 5 : 30am-2 : 00pm
- 2 : 00pm-End of day clean up

Requirements / Responsibilities
Requirements :
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Must be comfortable training and working in various parts of the Front of House
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Customer Service-Oriented
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Responsibilities :
- Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests : eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
- Operating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thru
- Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
- Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room, or working the window
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Complete all tasks assigned beyond the job description, if necessary
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
