Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent service within the call center for retirement savings accountsProcess contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and account changes as directed by customersCommunicate critical plan updates and changes to customersRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationAvailability to work a 40-hour work week, including outside traditional business hoursAssociates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experienceCapability to work overtime as required based on business needsFluency in both English and Spanish is preferredWired high-speed internet connection with a minimum service level of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
