- Greet all clients as they enter the building in a friendly and professional manner
- Engages in conversation with potential clients to share information about Xpert Financial Services promotions and services.
- Build rapport with prospective clients utilizing excellent communication skills
- Coordinate client flow and assists in preliminary data entry
- Assist with scheduling tax preparation appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Document collection to support an efficient and positive tax preparation experience
- Has access to and regularly works with information of a sensitive, highly confidential nature.
- Promote Xpert Financial Services brand through the delivery of superior customer service
- Quickly and accurately verifies and enters customers’ personal and Form W-2 information into Xpert Financial Services’ proprietary software.
- Monitor client flow at the location and keep clients engaged during periods of wait time
- Monitor client activity and take initiative to answer phones and resolve client issues Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet brand / marketing appearance standards in time for office openings.
- Provides equipment service at Xpert Financial Services locations to assemble, repair, or teardown furniture, computers, tech, or kiosk components using hand tools.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this must include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
- Assist leadership in marketing and recruitment efforts, as needed
- Receptive to constructive criticism and coaching
- Attend all mandatory training and coaching sessions as directed by management
- Execute all company policies and procedures with the utmost level of professionalism
- Must be ready to work when scheduled i.e., punctual, on-time, flexible and able to work depending upon the needs of the business, etc.
- Can handle stressful situations such as irate or dissatisfied clients

- Skills / Qualifications
- Previous phone sales experience i.e., inside and outside sales
- Previous customer service skills
- Strong grammatical / writing skills Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate ability in working in a high-volume retail environment preferred
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2 years experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly self-motivated and competitive in sales
- Solid time management and prioritization skills
- Web Browsing
- Computer proficiency (Google Docs, MS Office, GOOGLE PLATFORM, etc)
- Ability to schedule appoints proficiently
- Can multi-task and handle high volume of incoming leads

- This position follows the standard company policy of a 90-day probationary period
- This position reports to the CEO / Owner of Xpert Financial Services
- This position can be changed, updated or terminated at will.
- The position starts as a part time position with full time hour availability diring demand
- The positon is a 1099 position upon first-year anniversity the team member will have options to become a w2 employee
