About This Role
As an Environment of Care and Safety Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our operations, including auditing responsibilities.
Your day will consist of assisting with the coordination and execution of projects, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role with expectations to regularly and as-needed work out of our Northbrook, Chicago, and Oak Brook locations. What You'll Do :
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, events, and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, teams, and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, and preparing documents and presentations.
- Conduct audits of internal processes, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them.
- Assist with the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support team members with various tasks and projects as needed.
Who You Are :
- Associate's degree in or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role preferred.
- Experience with auditing processes and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
