Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative industrial automation products and services to potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of industrial automation technologies, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our industrial automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and technical teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the industrial automation or related technology field.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
