Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures the development of suppliers, with reference on logistics and processes (on global and regional level) with the aim of avoiding production disruptions in consideration of stock, flexibility and costs.
  • Develop and / or implement supply chain strategy in cooperation with logistics and purchasing functions.
  • Monitor supplier integration status of plants which may include processes, procedures and standards.
  • Define logistics documents within the purchasing organization. Monitor purchasing relevant logistics KPIs.
  • Manage arising issues or problems with suppliers, as escalation instance (e.g. improving delivery and planning process, negotiating of logistics-relevant supplier documents).
  • Train and qualify all members of the Supplier Logistical Engineering organization, and provide advice regarding processes and realization in the assigned plants.

Your Qualifications

Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or capacity required
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
