As a Senior Associate of Restructuring & Private Equity you will support advisory and capital efforts to solve complex problems, driving pragmatic solutions that are focused on creating value and maximizing returns for all constituents involved.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3-5 years restructuring advisory, restructuring investment banking or distressed situations experience, management consulting, distressed private equity, hedge fund, or management consulting.
- Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree preferred. Masters / MBA will be an added advantage.
- Advanced level of experience in financial modeling with ability to build 13-week cash flow forecast and 3-statement financial models is critical for success.
- Advanced ability to decipher large and complex data sets as a basis for developing value-added conclusions.
- Experience with all aspects of an acquisition process and performing valuation analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of client personnel.
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Strong composure and demonstrated maturity working in rapidly changing environments.
- Ability to build and sustain strong and trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
- Comfortable working in an environment that both values and fosters initiative, creativity, and professionalism.
- Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets.
- Willingness to travel.
