HOW YOU WILL DO IT
OVERVIEW
The Customer Management team at Plexus is responsible for leading our global organization in delivering customer service excellence to all of our end customers.
As a part of the Customer Management team you will touch all aspects of the organization such as relationship management, on time delivery, new business development, pricing negotiations, engineering, P&L management, quality and supply chain.
We are looking for the next generation of business leaders for the organization. This role offers an accelerated growth path to future advancement.
As an intern you will be partnered with a mentor already in the customer management role. You will work side by side with that mentor on various initiatives and projects within Customer Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding Plexus’ core differentiators
- Developing a relationship with our end customer
- Gain an understanding of Plexus operations
- Implement a customer service excellence initiative
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Liberal Arts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Junior or Senior level status
- GPA : 3.5 or higher is preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
