Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events, including corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote events and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and events, providing insights for future improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event and advertising strategies with overall company goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring positive experiences for all event attendees and clients.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, advertising, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules.
