Position Title : Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Location : Genesis Pain Management Clinic Anesthesia Department Accident Centers of Texas is a multidisciplinary practice where we provide physical therapy and chiropractic services to personal injury patients.
We are looking to add a Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) under our pain management clinic in Dallas Job Responsibilities : Provides routine care for patients.
Reviews medical charts. Accompanies patients to their rooms. Assists physicians and registered nurses. Communicates with patients and their families.
Triage patients before procedures, including assessing vitals, patient history, and readiness for anesthesia. Start IVs for anesthesia procedures and ensure proper patient preparation.
Collaborate with anesthesia providers to ensure all patient care protocols are followed. Maintain accurate patient records, including IV administration and triage details.
Assist with patient recovery post-anesthesia if needed. Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition. Strong communication skills Good time management and organization Problem-solving skills Ability to lift and move patients Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Extensive knowledge of basic health care procedures Knowledge in measuring and administering medication Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time Must have a license Powered by JazzHR
