About The Position
A skilled nursing facility SNF in Burbank, CA is looking for a dedicated Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Occupational Therapist OT to join their team for a 13 - week contract with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities of a Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Occupational Therapist OT :
- Plan, develop, and conduct occupational therapy programs
- Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities
- Analyze medical data to determine rehabilitation goals for patients
- Consult with rehabilitation team to select activity programs
- Coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities
- Assessing the need for and recommending potential home modifications and safety equipment to reduce
- Teaching residents with low vision how to maximize their remaining vision and enhance safety through new techniques and technology
- Documentation is completed in a timely, complete, legible, concise and accurate manner
