An experienced and established Farmers District Manager is in search of a dynamic and driven Commercial Insurance Account Executive.

The main role of this position is to drive agency growth by collaborating with agents to create and implement a business and marketing strategy to sell Commercial Insurance products under the renowned Farmers Insurance brand.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the district's achievements by assisting in customer relationship management, renewal retention, new business service, and fostering partnerships with agents to drive business growth while upholding high service standards.

Leveraging their expertise in Property and Casualty insurance, the Account Executive ensures that our customers consistently receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities

Agent Consultations : Collaborates with agents to create a comprehensive business development strategy that encompasses marketing, proposal creation, and sales closure

Client Consultations : Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized advice

Policy Recommendations : Design insurance plans that align with each client's unique requirements

Client Relationship Management : Foster long-term relationships with clients and ensure their continued satisfaction

Compliance : Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements

Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients

Requirement

Experience : Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial lines insurance

Licensing : Must possess an active Property & Casualty insurance license

Residence : Candidate must reside in Los Angeles or Ventura County, CA

Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and utilizing a CRM system, with a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and market trends

Self-Motivation & Independence : Ability to set business goals and execute a plan effectively
