Optimize Search Group has partnered with a rapidly growing PE backed company that is seeking a Finance Manager to assist in driving their growth initiatives.
This reports to a VP of Finance and will manage a small team. It’s a broad role that will manage multiple P&Ls, drive strategy, and lead the annual budgeting / forecasting process.
This role will also provide M&A exposure. This company has a very strong management and the executives have a strong track record of successful exits in private equity.
We’re seeking someone with the ability to promote in the near future.
Finance Manager
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong FP&A and financial modeling background, M&A and PE are nice to have
- Multi-unit experience will drive the FP&A, strategy, reporting, and consolidations for 100+ locations
- Can be a strong Senior Financial Analyst or a current Manager
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ideal profile is out of a small to mid-size company
