We do that by being good stewards of our resources and providing efficient and cost-effective care to all.*Position Highlights* : * Join a dynamic team of 3 Intensivist and support staff who foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship backed by comprehensive support services.
- Provide *traditional bread & butter coverage* for a *Closed ICU,* with *no trauma,* and a *low length of stay *Shifts : *7a 5p (onsite) *Schedule : * 1 week on 2 weeks off (change pending hire)* *On Call : * 5p-7a, APP onsite from 7p-7a for pager back up and procedures* Highly competitive compensation package (including potentiality for sign on, retention bonus, and relocation support) in addition to a robust benefit package.
- Opportunity for hybrid outpatient clinic model Qualifications : *Education : * Graduate of an accredited school of medicine;
completion of a fellowship program in critical care at a U. S. Hospital* *Experience : New Graduates encouraged to apply*, open to various specialties with training in critical care (Pulmonary, Cardiology, Anesthesiology, etc.
License / Registration : * (Current or Eligible to apply for) Mass. Board of Registration in Medicine, DEA License, CDS License, and ACLS certification.
- Certification : * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care.* If additional duties are requested outside the ICU, would need respective eligibility.
