Job Summary :

Servers at Marriott are responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in the hotel’s dining areas, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.

This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Greet guests and present them with menus and daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have everything they need.
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
Clear tables throughout the dining experience and provide dessert menus and coffee.
Process payment transactions and thank guests as they leave.
Maintain cleanliness and mise en place of work areas and tables.

Qualifications :

Previous serving experience preferred, especially in a hotel or fine dining setting.
Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide hospitality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members.
