Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and client-facing communication.
• Coordinate existing client marketing campaigns and client care, launching new client relationship projects.
• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events, such as seminars, webinars, and community outreach programs.
• Administer digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and internal goals.
• Manage and coordinate vendor relationships.
• Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization.
• Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans.
• Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience.
• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written.
• Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a plus, but it is not required.

• The position is in Charles Town, WV. Open to flexible WFH hybrid situation.
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape.
• Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field.

Compensation

$22 - $25 hourly
