Responsibilities :
- Have extensive interaction with various clients, including universities, start-ups, and other companies, to help protect their innovations.
- Possess a strong background in patent prosecution.
- Have 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution and USPTO registration.
- Hold a master's or PhD in organic chemistry, with an ability to understand synthetic and polymer chemistry technologies.
- Demonstrate skills and knowledge related to preparing patent applications for submission to the USPTO and responding to office actions from the USPTO and other patent offices.
- Preferably, have experience with patent freedom to operate and patent litigation.
- Possess strong academic records, developed analytical skills, and impressive communication abilities.
- Exhibit a detail-oriented approach, the ability to assume immediate responsibility for matters in active practice, a collaborative outlook, and confidence.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- USPTO registration.
- 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution.
- Master's or PhD in organic chemistry preferred.
Skills :
- Strong background in patent prosecution.
- Ability to interact effectively with various clients.
- Understanding of technologies related to synthetic chemistry and polymer chemistry.
- Proficiency in preparing patent applications for submission to the USPTO.
