Nurse Practitioner needed in New York for Orthopedic Surgery coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and NY state license.
Shifts will be Monday-Friday, 4 pm-12 am, includes 3 overnight Shifts 1 / 3-1 / 5 6pm-6 : 30am. Must be proficient in all aspects of Ortho;
First call from nurses for surgical patients on floor - adding orders, responding to but not running rapids, assessing complaints, taking surgical consults from ER and floor, seeing POCs on floor, collaborate on with surgeons on call and surgeons that come in as needed.
