Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Senior Corporate Accountant to support our General Ledger (GL) accounting operations related to Fixed Asset, Accrual, and Prepaid. This role will be responsible for the Fixed Asset, Prepaid, and Accrual (G&A) process, performing account reconciliations, preparing flux analysis, and supporting audit requests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and brings a proactive mindset to problem-solving and financial rigor.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post timely and accurate Fixed Asset, Accrual, and Prepaid journal entries.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
• Prepare flux analysis and explain key variances.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances.
• Support internal and external audit requests by compiling appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Facility, and Accounting teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of Accrual accounting.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing accounting processes and propose improvement ideas.
