Your Role

As a Service Writer , you’ll be the central link between operations, technicians, and fleet management. You’ll oversee the creation and tracking of work orders, ensure every job is assigned accurately, and maintain clear communication across departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in helping a high-end fleet run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work orders for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
• Assign tasks to technicians and coordinate team workload efficiently

Prepare and track Pre-Trip and Post-Trip reports for coach departures and returns
