Job Description
Tired of the billable hour grind? Looking for a firm where client care, precision, and purpose matter more than timesheets?
We’re a boutique estate planning and elder law firm serving high-net-worth families across Massachusetts. Our clients trust us to protect what matters most — and that trust is built on smart strategy, excellent follow-through, and personal attention. That’s where you come in.
We’re hiring an attorney who thrives on detail, values consistency, and finds real satisfaction in making sure the job gets done right. In this role, you’ll bring estate plans to life, manage MassHealth and probate matters, and become a long-term guide to our clients as their lives evolve.
About Monteforte Law
We’re not your average estate planning firm. Our clients expect more, and we deliver more.
- We’ve helped clients avoid millions in estate taxes through advanced planning techniques.
- We offer proprietary trust solutions you won’t find at any other firm, like our 20 / 20 Hindsight Trust.
- We conduct 3-Year Checkups for every client to keep their plan relevant and effective.
- We invest in ongoing education, client service, and team development.
- And yes, we still celebrate wins with tacos, cake, and birthdays — sometimes all in the same day.
