Netlify’s Product team is growing, and we’re excited to hire a passionate Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to join the team! This role is an exciting opportunity to engage and enable our community of web developers on Netlify’s platform and help drive the conversation around what it means to build next-gen web experiences for the open web.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating and executing content and communication strategies to deliver exceptional results to the business.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop best practices, technical content, engaging demos, prescriptive guidance, and tools that drive revenue and enhance our market presence.
  • Foster a vibrant external tech community and act as an evangelist within the developer community.
  • Define and communicate messaging, positioning, and strategies by ensuring alignment and adoption across all teams.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback, field teams, partners, and industry interactions.

Collaborate closely with R&D to implement these enhancements.

  • Create technical content to support the customer journey and assist our teams in achieving business goals, including pitch decks, case studies, blogs, documentation, webpages, whitepapers, and other technical materials
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define a comprehensive product and technology portfolio strategy that promotes long-term growth.
  • Use competitive intelligence to inform your content strategy and product roadmap, ensuring our ability to compete, gain market share, and grow revenue.

What Youll Bring :

A breadth of experience in creating innovative technical content strategies, product launch plans, and campaigns. In your career so far, youve led multiple product launches from inception to completion.

Youve successfully launched products and campaigns that generated significant pipeline and revenue, and youre motivated by the opportunity to be a leader of your own projects and execute large-scale product launches.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and technical communication skills, with the ability to craft concise and impactful messaging and content.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to understand complex products and functionalities.
  • A creative thinker with a high bar for quality, capable of bringing new and unique ideas to help Netlify stand out in the market
  • Experience at a high-growth tech startup is a plus.

At Netlify, we are committed to a compensation philosophy that prioritizes fairness and equity, positions our employee compensation competitively in the market, recognizes and rewards performance, and takes a comprehensive approach to our rewards package.

We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location.

The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. Our base compensation for this role is targeted at $140,000 - $189,000 for most US-based locations.

Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed.

The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location.

These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
