A Ground Construction Superintendent in Nashville is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
- Team Leadership : Direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors and onsite staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring everyone’s working toward a common goal.
- Quality Control : Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality benchmarks, conducting inspections and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Problem Solving : Proactively address challenges and obstacles, whether related to materials, workforce, or site logistics, maintaining project momentum.
- Budget and Timeline Management : Collaborate with project managers to maintain budgetary goals, optimize resources, and keep the project on schedule.
Preferred Experience :
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction processes, including excavation, foundations, and site infrastructure.
- Previous supervisory experience in commercial or residential construction.
- Familiarity with local Nashville construction codes and regulations .
