Skilled position responsible for the full scope of equipment maintenance across the campus including : day to day repairs, preventative maintenance, and planned projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine general maintenance tasks
  • Work closely with team members and residents to handle concerns as requested
  • Diagnose and assess multiple types of maintenance needs including complex problems / failures
  • Work independently with limited supervision
  • Work under pressure, in confined spaces; in wet environments and with electrical equipment and circuits, in any combination
  • Read and interpret blueprints

Minimum Qualifications :

  • COVID-19 vaccination or medical / religious exemption required
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proven experience as maintenance technician
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
