Maintenance Manager

Title : Maintenance Manager (Food & Bev. Manufacturing Experience REQ'D.)

Location : Dallas, TX (75212)

Salary Pay : $110,000 - $150,000

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our time in Dallas, TX.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead and implement predictive, preventive, and planned maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability.
Manage and mentor the maintenance team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and coaching.
Oversee all production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN manufacturing principles.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including SQF protocols.
Collaborate with operations leadership to support plant safety, environmental compliance, and budget adherence.
Develop and execute proactive engineering and maintenance support strategies focused on uptime and reliability.
Support autonomous maintenance and self-directed work teams.

What You Need For This Job

Extensive food or beverage maintenance experience.

LEAN Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience

Proven experience in food, beverage, or packaging manufacturing.

Strong understanding of packaging equipment and food safety programs.

Experience with autonomous maintenance and self-directed work teams is a plus.

Excellent balance of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

Ability to lead by example and influence cross-functional teams.

Solid business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
