Maintenance Engineer (Full-Time, Temporary) - Excalibur
THE JOB :
It is the primary responsibility of the TEMPORARY Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair all pool equipment and to assist in the daily operations and activities which they have been assigned and provide administrative and technical support as directed by department management.
THE STARTING PAY : $35.52
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Maintain and repair all equipment related to the successful operation of the pool(s).
- Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems on ride systems and auxiliary equipment
- Complete work orders
- Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE :
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Ability to w ork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT :
- CPO Certification.
- D1 Certification.
- Experience in Pool plumbing, pumps, motors, etc.
- Understanding of Pool chemistry.
- Experience working in large commercial pools : Amusement Parks, Casinos / Hotels, YMCA
- Experience working in a similar resort setting.
