We are seeking a skilled professional, who is committed to delivering high quality customer service to support our Lab Department . This role will offer excellent customer service and represent Catalyst Medical Group with a positive, caring attitude.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Patient scheduling, as needed.
• Registers patients quickly, but with an emphasis of compassion.
• Verifies all insurance cards and gets referral from primary care physician when necessary.
• Updates Patient demographics.
• Correctly handle specimens for processing
• Accurately input data into systems for outside providers
• Knowledgeable of contracted insurance plans and procedures.
• Upholds high standard for customer service.
• Effective telephone communicator.
• Maintains effective work relationships.

The ideal candidate will :

Requirements

Education :

Required : High school diploma or equivalent education.

Recommended : Experience in a medical clinic or Lab setting preferred.

Wage : $17.00 to $22.50 per hour (based on experience and education)

Hours : Full time - 40 hours
