Salary :
We are looking for a new or experienced auto body repair professional to join our team.
We have been a family run business for nearly 40 years and our philosophy is to have a great work environment, provide the best updated tools, and hire the best people!
HAVE A 3 DAY WEEKEND EVERY WEEKEND - We offer a 4-10 work schedule. Most of our team works 10 hours a day Monday-Thursday (some techs come in extra hours on Fridays though not required).
Some prefer the more traditional Monday-Friday which is an option as well.
We have an apprentice program pairing a young tech with a Journeyman and providing a roadmap to their development. Each pay period the apprentice, assigned Journeyman, and shop manager review the roadmap discussing what skills have been mastered and what need more work to be promoted to the next level.
We offer compensation, along with the pride and satisfaction, to the Journeyman to get the apprentice through the program.
We do not require this of all our Journeyman but if it is something you are interested in please let us know.
