Clinicallysustainable caseload size What youll do in this role : Use availableresources to select the appropriate assessment for a learner andcomplete all required components for the clients funding source intime for proper review.
Administer assessments including but notlimited to VBMAPP ABLLSR Essential for Living FunctionalAssessments and Functional Analysis Develop reports including butnot limited to functional behavior assessments individual treatmentplans behavior intervention plans and discharge summaries.
Utilizebehavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skillsneeded for the clients program. Monitor progress regularly viavisual analysis and make program changes when indicated.
Train andsupervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABAprocedures and interventions Develop individualized programmingbased on the needs of the client as well as the caregiver.
We arelooking for compassionate Board Certified Assistant BehavioralAnalysts with : Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education orrelated field Minimum of two (2) years of related professionalexperience working with children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting preferred Certificationas a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in good standingwith the BACB required Works with integrity and adheres to the BACBEthical Code HIPAA practices and company policies Ability to movefreely quickly and frequently from a seated position (on the flooror in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability tolift items up to 50 lbs.
